I'm Chelsea and I specialize in clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues but work with clients with numerous mental health and life struggles including parenting issues, bipolar, self-harm, grief/loss, and much more. I know starting therapy can feel scary and overwhelming so I strive to provide a warm, welcoming therapeutic environment. A strong relationship is the most important thing to me during the therapeutic process. Once that is established then we can focus on the work that needs to be done.
