I have been treating anxiety, depression, shame, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, impulsivity, emotional overeating, and relationship struggles for more than 25 years. The types of therapy I utilize include CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Attachment based techniques. I also run ongoing DBT groups weekly.

Groups
DBT Skills Group
Dialectical Behavior Therapy can help people learn a variety of skills and techniques they can use during situations that, in the past had made them feel overwhelmed, anxious and out of control. Our DBT group meets weekly for 90-minute sessions. DBT groups consist of four modules in these skill areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. You are invited to enroll in one of our DBT groups at any time!
