I have been practicing for over 30 years in many capacities as a clinical supervisor, consultant,coordinator and director of programs in residential and community mental health clinics. I am absolutely humbled and respect clients" resiliency and courage as they confront their various life stressors.
I have had the opportunity to specialize in the following areas: DBT, CBT, Anxiety, Relapse Prevention,Trauma, Couples and Relationship Issues, Depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder, Adjustment disorders, Grief/Loss, Sexual Addictions.
I am very hard working, have a sense of humor and i love the outdoors! I strongly believe in quality supervision to the newly graduated social worker.
