As a Licensed Professional Counselor, my desire is to partner with clients to help them find hope and healing. Using evidenced-based treatments, I strive to be a light in the lives of my clients and provide them with insights and tools that will help them to accomplish their goals. While the specific therapeutic approaches are important, the unique relationship between client and counselor is a major factor in the healing process. It is important to counsel the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

Currently licensed in Arizona and Oregon, I specialize in individual teletherapy utilizing a variety of approaches based on the needs of the client. My experience includes working with issues related to trauma and abuse including the symptoms that we experience like anxiety and depression, spiritual integration, grief and loss, and relationships.

The invitation to be a part of a person's journey is sacred to me. The client and I collaborate together to work towards integration and wholeness. My training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Internal Family Systems may be helpful. However, we first begin with creating connection, safety and trust.
