I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing in-person and telehealth services in Arizona. My goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of my clients by providing empathetic and effective therapeutic support. My priority is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment and be proactive in their own healing.
I am trained and well practiced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which are highly effective in the treatment of depression, anxiety, and issues related to trauma.
