I firmly believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the curative factor for any mental health concern. In keeping with this belief I am a collaborative therapist who uses a supportive approach to challenge clients to push themselves to create change in their lives in a way that aligns with their beliefs, goals, and values. My therapeutic framework is integrative, drawing upon a spectrum of modalities such as psychodynamic theory, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. This versatile approach enables me to tailor interventions to suit the unique needs and circumstances of each individual client.
Throughout my 15 years in practice, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, spanning various backgrounds and life experiences. My clinical expertise encompasses the treatment of mental health issues related to chronic health conditions, fertility concerns, trauma, addiction, and disordered eating. I am also an LGBTQIA+ allied therapist.
