I find a lot of joy in helping teens and adults discover and reach their goals. I am skilled in helping clients increase self-esteem and self-acceptance, heal from trauma, manage depression, strengthen relationships, process grief and loss, and find the inner strength and resources to make desired changes in their lives.
I have more than 20 years experience working with individuals in non-traditional families formed through foster care, adoption, blended families, and through reproductive medicine, and I understand the unique challenges these individuals and families face.
I interact with clients in a friendly, open and accepting manner, incorporating humor when appropriate. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally who recognizes the importance of all relationships.
