I facilitate processing feelings. For example, crying/sadness, is a natural, healing response to a hurt. Many early care givers were uncomfortable with our crying, which shut us down. My feelings based therapy facilitates healing from old, (or current) unprocessed emotional (or physical) hurts. Unprocessed hurts underlie obsessions/compulsions, substance mis-use, isolation, anxiety/depression.
Have you noticed that a baby/toddler seem fine instantly after they've (cried) healed their hurt? They innately know how to heal. All of us still have this ability to heal our past and present hurts. It’s our natural healing process. Healing restores us to being more zestful, happier and serene. Are old hurts limiting your life? Are you ready to heal?
Humans are resilient. I ask questions that promote growth and healing. I'm intimately familiar with the healing process. I began healing, recovery and uncovering, over 35 years ago.
