The buildup of stress, anxiety, disconnection, traumatic events, or major life transitions can leave you feeling helpless, hopeless, and looking for relief in ways that feel confusing and unauthentic. Being able to reflect and come to the conclusion that there has to be a different way to cope is the first step toward enacting change. My primary treatment modalities include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR and Brainspotting.

Groups
Men's Sexual Addiction Group Therapy
This is a process group for men struggling with sex/porn addiction. It is therapist led and utilizes material from various sources to assist individuals with obtaining and maintaining sexual sobriety. Among other topics, clients will learn about their addictive cycle, recovery cycle, and work on their sobriety plan. Clients will work together to develop positive coping skills and problem solve their way to healthy living!
