Currently accepting new clients. Tired of fighting the sense of depression, anxiety, or loss of control brought about by traumatic events? Are you looking for help with your relationship? My clients tend to be goal-oriented, and are willing to invest time into their own lives or in their relationships in order to change them. With a few exceptions, our work will be limited to no more than 20 sessions to help maintain that focus. Therapy doesn't have to be a life-long experience for most people. NM Clients: While I am licensed in NM, I no longer have an office in the state. Thus, all NM appointments are via telehealth.
Through evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral and experiential exercises, I will help you be your own therapist, sharing tools to help you pursuit the things that you value without violating your religious or personal standards. Parents will receive education to help them help their children improve their outlook and psychological development.
While we focus on evidence-based, research-based interventions, this is a faith-friendly clinic and work to incorporate the strengths of your beliefs into your experience.
