I specialize in seeing children, adolescents and young adults who are on the spectrum. My emphasis in my practice is seeing individuals who have been identified as on the spectrum as well as gifted individuals, and children/youth identified with a learning disability and executive functioning and anxiety challenges. I have worked in many different mental health settings and utilize a creative approach to therapy with hands on activities utilizing play, art, CBT, and sensory based, and Neurodivergent based DBT skills and horticultural therapy interventions.
I completed a fellowship at the JFK Center for Children and worked with young children through The Children's Hospital. I also have experience working with children with medical challenges. I utilize many different modalities for therapy to include: play, art, cognitive behavioral and additional strategies for change.
