AODA Psycho-Education Group by Liz Reinke SAC-IT
Over the course of 12 weeks (start TBD, gathering waitlist), the AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) Psycho-Education Group aims to provide participants with valuable knowledge and skills to better understand and manage substance use. Through interactive sessions and supportive discussions, the group will explore the impact of alcohol and drug abuse on mental and physical health, relationships, and overall wellbeing. The goal is to empower individuals with the tools necessary to make informed decisions, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and work towards a more balanced and fulfilling life.
