Groups
DBT Skills Group (Adults 18+)
Our DBT skills group will cover the four main skills, such as Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Our skills group will run for 8 weeks and is a closed group. Currently there are openings available for individuals that would like to start learning the ins and out of DBT or as I like to say "the life skills for the outside world."

Anxiety Group (Adults 18+)
This group is dedicated to help people learn about their anxiety through the use of CBT. Cognitive Behavior Therapy has shown tremendous effectiveness in helping people manage and overcome thier anxieties. This is done over the course of 8 weeks where people are educated about various techniques to understand their physical reactions, along with ways the body can counteract those sensations. Clients are safely guided through practice exercises while in group and will be expected to practice outside of group when given the tools to successfully do so. Currently there is space available for those interested in joining.

Anger Management (Adults 18+)
Taking a CBT approach in teaching people more effective ways to experience, understand and express feelings of anger. This is a very skills based group that focuses on teaching and practice of the course materials inside and outside of the group. Space is currently available in order to join this group.
