It is difficult to walk into someone's office and immediately trust the therapist and allow yourself to be vulnerable. I like to treat the initial crisis situation to get it under manageability and proceed from there to the immediate issues that created the crisis situation. It takes a lot of courage to ask for help and I applaud you for asking and I am here to help. This profession is my passion.
