At Huntington Creek Recovery Center, we offer residential programming for adults age 18 and older who are living with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Treatment in our adult residential program typically lasts 28 days, although each client’s actual length of stay depends on their needs. During this time, clients receive individualized care that can help them overcome addictions and improve their overall quality of life. Dunmore Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), located in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, offers outpatient opioid addiction treatment for adults age 18 and older who are suffering from opioid use disorder. Our CTC specializes in providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT), which is an evidence-based approach to treating opioid addiction that combines the use of prescription medication and therapy. MAT has proved very effective in helping those who have addictions to heroin, prescription painkillers, and other opioids. In MAT, patients take FDA-approved prescription medications under the supervision of a professional to alleviate opioid withdrawal symptoms and cravings.
