Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness/meditation training program is offered specifically for students and young adults. Skills taught can be helpful at many times, e.g., just before a high pressure exam or a big game, when you're too groggy to study, when you're feeling overly irritable or angry, or when your mind is spinning with unhelpful thoughts. Attendance at all four sessions and pre-registration are required. Consider a four-week experiment with your mind...it could change your life!
