We will work together as a team as I teach you how to use tools enhance your relationships; enrich your sense of self; cope and heal from loss; and manage symptoms of depression and anxiety. All sessions are for individual counseling, not for couples.
If you are struggling with relationships, I will offer you the tools to build a relationship that is about mutual trust, respect, and affection - a relationship that is honest and more rewarding. Sessions work only with one individual, rather than working with couples.
