To "know thyself" - to wake up to yourself, is the most worthy of quests. I work with mind, body, and spirit to bring you back to yourself. The body never lies. When we tune into the body we find our own truth, wisdom, and guidance. This happens when we calm down, relax, and pay attention. There are often emotions or experiences that have waited years to be acknowledged and expressed. It doesn't work to close the door on the past. Until we review, process, and open to healing we tend to re-capitulate the events in our past.
I provide a warm non-judgmental, atmosphere where you can move at the pace you need to sort out your values, hopes, and desires. Therapy always begins with talking, opening up, and building relationship so that you feel safe moving into those vulnerable places.
I frequently use Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy and EMDR as these modalities assist the clients to access feelings and memories that have been buried. I look forward to new beginnings with clients. Follow that inner guidance even now as you choose the therapist for you!

Trim-Life
This is a small group (6 or less) that meets for 4 weeks 2.5 hours per session. The group is designed to assist folks who have had no success with diets, but know for their health and sanity they must alter their relationship with food. I teach self hypnosis to re-establish awareness of the body and to establish a habit of eating for physical nourishment rather than eating for emotional reasons . CD's, book and workbook are provided to continue the process after the group is finished. the goup fee is $540.00/ for the complete package
