Are you experiencing anxious mood, depression, or other feelings that are affecting your relationships, work, health or other aspects of life? I treat adults and older adults with a variety of mental health difficulties including developmental disabilities and chronic health conditions. I also treat anxiety, depressive disorders, grief, trauma, and many other mental health challenges. I have expanded my practice to include student social work mentorship and social work supervision.
Tele-health sessions and phone sessions are offered at this time as well as limited in office hours. Home visits are provided if needed, on a case by case basis. Supervision is offered to social workers new to the field and also to social workers new to the area of private practice.

Groups
Stress management and life transitions
This is a new group forming that will meet via a secure online platform for women 65 and older to address how aging not only can impact on mood, eliciting increasing feelings of anxiety and/or depression, but also how it affects every area of life in general from health, family, friendships, relationships, significant changes, loss, life decisions, etc. Group will be limitied to approximately 8 to 9 members and will meet weekly.
