I understand that beginning therapy can be overwhelming and I take pride on my unique ability to connect and build a therapeutic relationship with my clients. I believe that finding the “right fit” of therapists is one of the most important factors in the therapeutic process. I specialize in working with teenagers (and their families) who are struggling with Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem/self worth, impulsivity, rebellious/defiant behaviors, poor family relationships, self harm, and negative peer relationships. I have a reputation for being able to connect with even the most challenging or guarded youth in our community.

I have experience in Cognitive behavioral therapy, Family Systems therapy, Solution Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma informed Care, Aggression Replacement Training, Love and Logic, and many other evidenced based practices.
