My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe environment for my clients to discover past trauma, as it related to present personal difficulties. Additionally, my clients are encouraged to discover healthier coping strategies to deal with present life stressors. It is important to me that my clients feel respected and understood in the process of self discovery and self development. My therapy treatment methods include: person-centered, systemic, behavioral, assigned readings, strategic, and brief. Ideally, for effective treatment, my clients are willing to attend therapy on a regular basis and are willing to be open and honest.
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I treat individuals, couples, and families. Recently, much of my practice has focused upon treating couples. More recently, many of my clients have chosen me because I offer a unique combination: Marriage and Family Therapist, Sex Therapist, and Sexual Addiction Therapist. .
My clients are offered options to participate in sessions that last for one hour or for one and one half hours. Many of my clients prefer longer sessions, because he or she finds that longer sessions are more efficient and more effective. Also, I facilitate groups related to sexual addiction.

All candidates for the male sex addicts group must be currently in therapy and must meet my screening criteria, before being invited to join the group. Also, I offer a group for spouses of sex addicts.
