I was born and raised in the Bay Area and my current practice is located both online and in-person in downtown Hayward, CA. I am in my mid 40s and married with a 9 year old daughter. I have a strong passion for the creative arts with an emphasis on music and photography. I specialize in Art Therapy, which allows deeper insight and mindfulness into your self. The art you create is combined with talk therapy to connect your feelings to consciousness. Art experience is not required and is an optional tool to explore in therapy. I also provide play therapy when working with children.
Sessions are designed to fit your needs and introduce you to new ways of coping. I have been working with individuals and families for over 20 years and I have extensive experience with children, adolescents, trauma, multicultural populations, and the LGBTQ+ community. I can also provide you with an assessment in order to gain more clarity on a diagnosis.
Schedule: Mondays 10am-7pm (evenings online), Tuesdays 3-9pm (in office and online), and Wednesdays 10-5pm (office/online/outdoor). Full (55 mins) and Mini (30 mins) sessions available.. I accept HSA cards, credit cards, Zelle, and Cigna. I can provide you with a monthly receipt that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Groups
Expressive Arts Workshop for Teens
This workshop is for youth between the ages of 12-17 will take place on June 23 from 1-3pm. This two hour workshop has a limited number of group members in order to create a more intimate space. Group therapy is known to reduce isolation, learn from others, and get support. Expressive Arts is a discipline of helping and healing that uses the arts as its basis for discovery and change. Sessions are confidential and members are never forced to share their personal experiences. The fee is $90 per person and includes art supplies and materials.
