I offer a holistic approach and specialize in the mind-body connection.
Through a blend of hypnotherapy, energy psychology, intuitive processes and traditional talk therapy, I help people overcome trauma, relationship issues, Life Path issues, depression, anxiety, unhealthy habits and poor self esteem. I also run psychotherapy and hypnotherapy groups on Dream Discovery, Achieve Weight Mastery, Unlocking Your Potential, and HypnoBirthing.
I offer spiritually-focused therapy that is not exclusive to any religious orientation. I have a strong intuitive sense that helps people quickly feel validated, "seen," hopeful and understood. I offer 60minute and 90minute psychotherapy and hypnotherapy sessions.
