Are you in the process of a big life transition? My work with you is collaborative and non-judgemental. In our sessions I work transpersonally and somatically, incorporating EMDR, guided imagery, expressive arts, spirituality, tarot, and dreams.
I have a Masters in Holistic Counseling Psychology with a focus on Transpersonal & Somatic Therapy. I am a Nationally Certified Expressive Arts Practitioner, IC Teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist and trained in EMDR. Prior to my work as an LMFT, I worked for 20 years as a massage therapist-which informs my work in incorporating mindfulness and the body.
I believe we all have deep wisdom within and can awaken to our soul's voice and purpose. It is my joy to support you in moving through blocks and opening up to creating the life you want to live.
