I am also highly specialized in the assessment and treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder. I utilize evidence-based treatment with a focus on careful assessment, use of outcomes measures, and treatment planning to help you not only have a reduction of symptoms, but help you achieve transformative healing and recovery.
I am an advanced competency therapist in Dynamic Deconstructive Psychotherapy (DDP), an evidence-based model of psychotherapy. DDP helps patients adaptively process emotionally laden experiences, attain a positive sense of self, and to develop authentic and fulfilling relationships.
I believe in the power of psychotherapy in helping people achieve transformative change. I focus on helping you learn to connect with your emotions, and connect to yourself and with others.
