As a spiritual and depth oriented psychotherapist, I view the struggles and challenges of life as opportunities for growth and transformation. I work with my clients to help them recognize and transmute unconscious limiting beliefs that may be obscuring access to the truth of who they are. We work toward releasing these beliefs in order to allow for a healing connection to the wisdom and resources of the inner Self. I work well with individual adults who are looking for transformation and are motivated to change.
My therapeutic focus is Psychodynamic and Transpersonal in nature, meaning I am interested in the integration of psychological healing and spiritual attunement. My approach is holistic, taking into account body, mind, and spirit. I value the wisdom of yoga, meditation, and other spiritual practices in the healing process.
I am a graduate of the Clinical Training Program (CTP), a two year certification program in Jungian Analytical Psychotherapy from the C G Jung Institute in Chicago and have completed Basic Training in EMDR through Argosy University, Chicago.
