This can be a sign of unresolved emotional trauma or unacknowledged hurt. Once this is recognized, the healing starts and your true voice is heard.
I use a variety of techniques my clients have found very helpful. They describe feeling safe and free to be themselves when we are in session. Relationship Recovery
We are excited to announce the upcoming Relationship Recovery Workshop for women. This 6-8 session workshop provides a supportive space for women to explore and work through various personal growth and healing topics. The workshop will explore Family of Origin, values and boundaries, crisis/trauma responses, self-worth, self-awareness, and self-love.
