I am a licensed therapist and certified Life Coach. I am a compassionate counselor who supports each person I work with as they journey on their road to self discovery. I use a holistic approach utilizing mindfulness, relaxation and visualization. I stress self awareness and finding balance in one's life as key factors to mental health. The mind is a very powerful tool with the ability to transform our lives. I have worked extensively with a variety of mental and emotional disorders including anxiety, depression and trauma. I have 25 years experience working with individuals affected by chemical addiction.
These experiences have taught me that we all have the power to heal ourselves and my privilege is to guide you, lend you my strength and my hope. I truly enjoy helping people regain their lives and regain their power. Eastern philosophy has expanded my knowledge of the human experience.
I am also a skilled group leader and conduct ongoing weekly groups helping people with relationship issues and life transformation. As a Life-coach I partner with my clients in designing their desired future. I can help you take the risks necessary to make the changes most important to you.
