I offer private counseling for individual adults and couples as well as experiential processes, classes, workshops and retreats. So often life events threaten our sense of peace and contentment. Addictions/ compulsive behaviors steal our freedom to live as we were made. We get caught up in repeating the same patterns that lead to the same results and feel frustrated , anxious or unhappy. I can help you discover the hidden/unconscious beliefs or emotional wounds that interfere with feeling whole, then teach you the tools that empower you to heal and correct faulty assumptions from the past.
I offer a blend of cognitive and transpersonal therapy to assist people in managing symptoms, correcting faulty thoughts and beliefs and expressing emotion in a safe, non-judgmental environment. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and Radical Forgiveness Practitioner. Intuitive healing and VIP experiential sessions are offered.
I believe that experience is our greatest teacher. I always offer experiential classes and workshops that allow people to process at a deeper level for more complete healing. I also offer nature retreats that allow people to get away from their everyday lives and connect more with their spiritual nature.
