I am a licensed psychotherapist with 15+ years of experience helping people with life's challenges. I specialize in working with men and their perspectives on issues varying from divorce, infidelity, finances, work-related stress and pressure, communication, sex, anxiety, and life concerns. It is normal to feel apprehensive about starting therapy. It takes time to build trust and rapport, and I approach this with care and compassion. My style has been called directive, empathetic, challenging (when appropriate), and thought-provoking. I encourage self-exploration to help you move through transitions, both acute and long-standing.
I do not sit back and nod while you talk for an hour. We will build on your knowledge of your psychic and emotional life. Together, we will get through your concerns to find solutions so that you can get back to living a healthy and fulfilling life.
