I received my MSW in 1998 from Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City and became a LCSW in 2001. I did my post graduate studies at The New York Milton School for Psychotherapy in 2005.

Teen Girls Self Esteem Group
This group is for girls in high school girls who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression. Focus of group will be around building self- esteem, inner voice, strengths and confidence using various activities, and the group as a therapeutic process. Participants sign up for four weeks at a time.
