I specialize in addressing the underlying causes of anxiety and depression, low self-esteem, trauma, co-dependency, grief and loss, chronic health issues and shame. My integrative approach also assists clients with life transitions, adjustment problems, and finding clarity in major life decisions, so they may quickly manifest what they want in their life.
I believe that in order to heal, we must address all aspects of our being: mind, body and and spirit. Through combining cognitive behavioral therapy, QNRT, mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Technique, guided imagery and other methods, clients learn the self care and resources they need to create a fuller, healthier expression of the life they want to live.
