Pain, fear, hopelessness. These are all emotions that we face at some point in our lives. As a trained counselor, my goal is to help people find the light of hope that keeps us pressing through the hard times in life. I specialize in tailoring my counseling approach to the unique strengths of each individual, while using a holistic approach to assist clients in overcoming personal struggles. I work with adults and adolescents going through various struggles and life stages and with women who are struggling to overcome the effects of a traumatic or challenging childhood.
I specialize in working with adult women and trauma/anxiety disorders. Along with this work, I am also trained in helping married couples gain new hope and direction by integrating biblical truth with proven psychological techniques.
