Children dealing with Depression, Mood Disorder, Bipolar, and Anxiety, etc. My goal is to help you find ways to decrease anger, sadness, feeling disconnected, or chaos in the home to promote unity, find solutions, as well as increase positive communication and relationships at home, school, and community.

They will learn anger management skills, self-control, coping skills, communication skills, and calming strategies to utilize at home and school for the purpose of eliminating disrespect, defiance, and aggression while learning appropriate interaction in a group setting.
