I help people who have lost their sense of self-identity and belonging and help people recover from narcissistic abuse. I work with teens, adults, and couples. Evidence-based therapy techniques are used and integrated with faith-based counseling. CBT, EMDR, Gottman Couple's Counseling and The Grief Recovery Method are a few evidence based treatments used.
