I specialize in effective therapy for individuals who witnessed and/or survived interpersonal violence and individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, low self-esteem and assertiveness issues.
I take an evidence based approach and create effective therapy by tailoring treatment to your needs. In using my extensive experience and training in evidence based practice, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), I can create personalized treatment.
