I see my role as a therapist to be one that provides support, education, play, collaboration, listening, and assists with intervention toward attaining personal growth. I have extensive experience counseling those struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, school problems, abuse, trauma, family conflict, divorce, self-esteem, substance use and emotional or behavioral disorders. I possess a holistic perspective to therapy that focuses on building healthy relationships and boundaries, both with self and others.
My experience in counseling and teaching has provided me with the perfect combination of compassion and expertise. Working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families is my passion and brings me joy. My goal is to provide a safe environment and quality service focused on moving toward agreed upon goals.
