Reaching out and accepting help is hard but sometimes, we really can not do it on our own. It is not because we are unmotivated, stupid, or weak-it is because we can be fighting battles that are bigger then ourselves.
My specialty is in Recovery. I primarily work with mental health and substance use disorders. I believe that recovery is possible for anyone and try to use art, coaching, creative writing, or expressive techniques to assist with becoming unstuck.
My practice involves a 'whatever it takes' approach to therapy. I am in the downtown White Plains area and accommodate many hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Explore Recovery: A peer focused group
This is a FREE recovery group format, using themes from recovery programs, DBT, "The Butterfly Project", and CBT. Recovery Coaching is the primary modality, although the range of treatment approaches is sure to become a unique fit to each individual seeking recovery from self-harm behaviors. This support group involves mentorship and peer support, using creative art making, community projects, and self-care skills. We have expanded ages and gender, so please contact with specific questions, details and referral information. We also have a hybrid model of both in person and virtual please reach out to complete basic intake process!
