**PLEASE NOTE AS OF MARCH 1, 2020 I AM CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS.*** I am offering individual therapy for adolescents & adults; play therapy services for children; play therapy groups for children ages 8-12 and an adolescent wellness girls group ages 12-16. In addition, I have a passion in serving the mother-daughter relationship. I have a great deal of experience working with mothers and daughters as well. If you are a mother-daughter pair that believes in enhancing, rebuilding, and wanting to love your mother-daughter relationship my services are here for you.
I have a great deal of experience working with individuals in learning how to cope with stressful situations. I am able to work children and adolescent and help them learn how to communicate their feelings and thoughts effectively. I work mother and daughters with strengthening their relationship.
My ability to work with children and provide play therapy services. My unique ability to connect with adolescent girls. There are not many mother-daughter relational services available focusing on this unique relationship. I want to work on helping you achieve a great mother-daughter relationship.

Children Directive Play Therapy Group
CURRENTLY TAKING REFERRALS FOR CHILDREN’S GROUP. I am taking referrals at that time for children ages 8-11 who are open and willing to work together in a directive play therapy group setting. The children will work on improving behaviors and communication through therapeutic activities. These groups will consist of 6-8 children as the maximum number per group. The goal is to keep the group quite small.

Adolescent Girls Wellness Group
This group is geared to adolescent girls focusing on self-esteem and confidence. The adolescent girls ages 12-16 will learn how to cope with stressful situations, learn effective coping skills, body image, build self-worth & confidence, and communication strategies in weekly group setting for one hour. I AM CURRENTLY ACCEPTING REFERRALS FOR THIS GROUP.
