Everyone experiences a certain level of anxiety throughout the day. It can be in the form of social, phobic, generalized, panic and others. Unfortunately, anxiety can interfere with our lives in many ways. It effects our emotional state, cognitive functioning, mental and physical health. In this group we'll learn and work together to develop coping strategies, use treatment interventions, practice exercises and share similar experiences as a way to address anxiety. Every week each member will work on creating their own personal workbook that they will be able to use after the group ends.
