I help people within their environment. I will help you access community resources and supports to help you be able to focus on your emotional health and functioning. I am seeking individuals, children through adulthood who have a desire to improve their lives. The person seeking my services will know that change starts within themselves. I work with the person and the people (family and/or friends) around that person to empower them to make the best choices for their life and situation. Individuals, couples, and families are all treated in my practice. My office is located in the Delano district in Wichita.
I am a specialist in working with trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment, adoption issues, and more. I am specialty trained to provide Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Play Therapy, Theraplay based Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR therapy.
Sessions are scheduled between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., Tuesday - Friday. I meet you where you are at, not where I think you should be. I operate from the thought that there is more than one way to address issues and I encourage feedback and will adapt to your needs.
