During this process of change, you and I work collaboratively to: 1) identify what changes you want in your life; 2) guide you in recognizing (perhaps rediscovering) the strengths you possess to make these changes happen; and, 3) support you in creating a plan to put these changes into action.
"CHANGE IS HARD." Much in the same way our muscles are sore after an intense workout, when we make the deliberate decision to begin working outside of our "comfort zone" to break free from unproductive routines, the "discomfort" we feel lets us know we are growing, moving, improving, changing, progressing.
