Compassionate and Personalized Mental Health Therapy for Sensitive Adults. Scheduling new clients for Telehealth in June 2024. I am a seasoned therapist with over 16 years of clinical experience. Many of my clients are students and professionals with brilliant, busy and highly perceptive minds but may also feel uncomfortable in our overwhelming world due to traumas, anxieties, or neurodivergence. I utilize a strength-based, affirming approach including for empowerment goals during or after destructive/difficult relationships. If you want to work on setting boundaries and standing up for yourself, I can help.
In other words, I provide personalized mental health therapy to adults who are working towards self-understanding but also may be struggling and tired. I also help clients to recover from childhood trauma and "narcissistic abuse." My approaches: Humanistic Therapy, Existential Therapy, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
We aren't just accumulations of past traumas, symptoms, or dysfunctional relationships. My passion is supporting clients to define & determine their true self and to embrace glimmers of joy, connection and belonging along the way.
