Telemental health sessions only. Are you or your child or adolescent not coping as well as in the past? Counseling can help you get back on the right path in life. I know that I can help. I love helping children and adolescents through difficult times utilizing unique techniques that include play and art therapy. Adults benefit from many different types of therapy techniques that I incorporate in sessions. I believe that counseling is an opportunity to really be heard and helped. I provide an individual approach to each person's needs and work collaboratively with clients to achieve results!
My clinical interests and areas of expertise include child interactive play therapy, parenting, psycho-education and skill training, adolescents, depression, self-esteem issues, anxiety issues, behavioral disorders, stress management, interpersonal and relationship issues, and LGBTQ issues. I provide gender therapy utilizing WPATH standards.
I have a fully dedicated multi-purpose space just for play and art therapy that it also used for group therapy sessions. I facilitate a teen LGBTQ therapy/support group.
