Each person brings their own worldview, experiences, strengths and clues to unburdening oneself from the overwhelm. Healing and moving forward can seem daunting. I have been working in the counseling field since 2002. I am trained in various trauma-focused therapies. Common issues presented by my clients include PTSD, depression, panic, chronic pain, identity, infertility, stress, anxiety, adverse childhood experiences, relationship violence, survivors of trauma and abuse, LGBTQ challenges, gender transition.
