I am a licensed professional counselor and am Nationally Board Certified in both mental health counseling as well as school counseling. By using different psychological approaches, such as cognitive, adlerian, behavioral, systemic, or solution focused therapy I can help you set goals and make progress towards wellness and personal growth.
For the past 17 years I have worked with children in the mental health and school counseling setting.
