We specialize in the most effective counseling, weekend retreats and intensives for couples. The Relationship Center is a home-like, serene environment where you will find supportive and compassionate guidance from our highly trained and experienced staff. We also specialize in working with men - the unique relationship and personal challenges facing today's men. Our female counselors and therapists focus on women's issues - including "survivors" of childhood trauma, depression and anxiety.
Our therapists work closely with each individual and couple to identify specific needs. We use emotional support and empathy, along with a solution oriented focus, as the key to growth and healing. We specialize in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy - proven by research to be the most effective couple therapy method.
Connections: Marriage Retreats & Intensives - Our Center offers weekend and weekday retreats and intensives for couples. We also provide a special package for local couples - brief intensive couples therapy with follow-up sessions. These unique programs are tailored for each couple, using specific exercises and methods designed to heal and enhance relationships.

Men's Therapy Group
We offer 2 weekly groups specifically designed to support men who are working together to build strong relationships and succesful lives. We empower men to find effective ways to manage stress, anger, and feelings of shame and self-doubt. Today's men are often confused, avoidant, and tend to self-sabotage. In these groups, men support and challenge each other to become more confident and effective in many aspects of life.
