I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and OC Spectrum Disorders such as Social Anxiety Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Specific Phobias. The treatment approach that is most effective for OCD is Exposure and Response Prevention, ACT and Cognitive Restructuring.

I have worked with the OCD population at an OCD center as well as private practice where over 90% of my clients are diagnosed with OCD since 2005. A vast majority of my clients have a primary OCD subtype of Pure Obsessional OCD such as HOCD, ROCD, POCD & Postpartum OCD, in addition to traditional forms.

BFRB Group

The BFRB (body-focused repetitive behaviors) group is exclusively for adults suffering from trichotillomania (hair pulling), dermatillomania (skin picking), and related disorders. We offer a supportive environment where you will work to reduce your behaviors and gain fellowship with individuals suffering from similar struggles. We combine the most evidence-based treatment modalities for BFRBs including structured awareness training, mindfulness skills, cognitive therapy, and habit reversal techniques.
