Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and ADHD Coach, with much of my practice revolving around Adult ADHD and the impact on relationships, school/work performance, and self-esteem. Practitioners frequently refer their patients to me for psychological evaluations in order to clarify diagnoses, understand possible barriers to progress in therapy, and provide insight into stress tolerance, interpersonal relatedness and self-esteem. I also work with adolescents, LGBTQ+ populations, and High Functioning Autism (Aspergers). I have done forensic evaluations in the areas of divorce/custody, sentence mitigation, and personal injury.
I believe that people do well when they can; and if that's not happening, there's an obstacle that needs to be identified and removed. You know where you're going - I'm just a passenger along for the ride, pointing out things that may be overlooked because you've traveled this path many times before. I'm empathetic, non-judgmental, and really care about you.
I have a relaxed style and am younger (looking (; ), which some adolescents find helpful. When it comes to Adult ADHD, I have a unique perspective of being married to an adult with ADHD - this gives me both the understanding of how someone with ADHD thinks, and how his/her partner lives! Group for Adults with ADHD
Am planning on starting a group for adults with ADHD; however, will need more individuals committed to attending! Last attempt people said they wanted to join but never showed, so the group ended. Am trying to gather interested individuals before scheduling the meeting dates/times, so if you're interested, please reach out!

Support for partners of the ADHD Adult
Would really love to start a support group for individuals in a relationship with an adult who has been diagnosed with ADHD. Will provide education surrounding how ADHD can impact relationships, ideas/tips/tricks for coping with situations, identify common communication pitfalls, and gain support and understanding from others in the same position. ADHD doesn't have to be a negative factor in your relationship! Will need several interested and committed individuals prior to scheduling the dates/times for meetings, as last attempt to start a group resulted in many no-shows!
