Whether you are seeking solutions for a long standing issue or with a recent struggle, I would love to help. My approach is client-centered and holistic in view as I believe that each of us present with a rich history of our own unique qualities and experiences that have led to successes as well as challenges..
I've worked for 30 years in the field of mental health as a therapist, group facilitator, trainer, and public educator. I am certified in EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (ifs-institute.org), and as a Daring Way group facilitator. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) couples therapy.
